Enrolling into Summer School Using the Online Form
Step 1: Select the subject that you’d like to enrol in.
Step 2: Choose from the available options and then click the “Enrol/Purchase” button to add your selection to your cart.
Step 3: Repeat Steps 1 & 2 for each additional subject course/lecture you’re enrolling in.
Step 4: When you have finished making your subject course/lecture selections, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
Important
If you are enrolling more than one student (e.g., siblings), you must enrol each student separately to ensure each student’s courses are assigned to their own unique profile.
Please ensure you select “New Customer” when enrolling each student for the first time and use the student’s email address as the customer. The parent’s/payer’s name/email address will be entered in the payer screen (to become the secondary contact on each enrolled student profiles).

What Happens After I Submit My Enrolment?
Once you enrol via the Website, a sequence of automated steps will be applied to your enrolment.
Step 1: Upon payment via the website, a Web Sales Order confirming the items on your order and the Transaction ID will be issued.
(This is sent to the account holder’s email address and the payer’s email address).
Step 2: Within the hour, a Paid Tax Invoice will issue from our Customer Database – this will hold your Transaction ID.
(This is sent to the Payer’s email address).
Step 3: Within the hour the Initial Confirmation detailing the courses, sessions, dates and times will be issued from our Customer Database.
(This is sent to the account holder’s email address and the payer’s email address).
Step 3 enrols the student into each specific course or subject session.
Step 4: For Periodic Payment enrolments, you will receive items listed in Steps 1 – 3.
Administration will setup your periodic payment plan and issue the Administration Fee invoice to the payer.
Step 5: Approximately 7-days before the course starts, a Final Confirmation will be issued with further final details for “On the Day” arrangements.
Step 6: Courses listed on your enrolment will be added to your eLearning profile by TSFX Administration within 1-business day (completed courses) and approxmately 3-days ahead of courses/program sessions that are scheduled for future dates.
If you did not receive any of the items listed above:
- If you changed the student/account holder’s name and/or email address in the existing account, your order may not synch with our internal systems.
- If you are enrolling a student by using an existing sibling’s pre-existing account and changing names, this will cause the records to not synch.
- When enrolling a sibling, please select and enter the new students name, email address as a “New Customer” and the parent’s name/email adress as the payer.
- This will ensure the the student enrolment is linked to eLearning and the parent/payee receives all relevant communications as the secondary contact.
- If you do not receve items from Steps 1 through 4, please send a copy of your Web Sales Order to admin@tsfx.edu.au and include the student’s name and email address that the enrolment relates to.
- If you do not receve items from Steps 5, within 3-days of your scheduled course/lecture please email admin@tsfx.edu.au and include the student’s name and email address that the enrolment relates to so we may resolve the inquiry for you.
- If you do not see your enrolled course(s) in your elearning profile from Steps 6, please email admin@tsfx.edu.au and include the student’s name and email address that the enrolment relates to so we may resolve the inquiry for you.
